I am a soul. A soul in the midst of nowhere, and am but just a spent force.

And I don't want the world to see me
Cause I dont think that they'd understand
When everything's made to be broken
I just want you to know who I am.

How much do we lose as we grow up?

We were kids and everything laid out in front of us, in a very obvious manner. Yet we were totally stumped, and we asked questions like "Why do people go for branded stuff?". We thought that was stupid, redundant, and weird. We might have even grown up telling ourselves, "no way we ll do that! what a waste of money." I saw things pretty much this way when I was a kid. And I sincerely thought, then, that Baleno and Hang Ten should be sufficient, why are we even going to Nike's and Adidas's? BATA provides us with all the shoes we ll ever need. These brands were perfect, they were comfortable to put on, be it clothing apparel or shoes, and they were fantastically cheap at the same time.

And so, we grew up. Slowly. We turn 13, these brands are still brilliant. Yet you didnt know how much of the impression you ve always had was going to change.

13 was an age when we could easily be brought around by our noses by other people. Seriously yea.

I mean, it was in secondary school that you realise, there is more to BATA than BATA seems, there is more PRESENTATION of yourself in those clothing than you ever knew.

BATA = Buy And Throw Away

Those two clothing "labels" = Cheapo

Yes and we get affected. We dont want to appear poor, even though we knew that there s perfectly nothing wrong with all those, we start avoiding it. We go to famous sporting houses for our clothes and shoes. And we throw money all away, again and again.

Ah then, 15 years. We stop going to coffeeshops, we go to Coffeebeanandtealeaf, and starbucks. And we buy ourselves cups of coffees, with extraordinary price tags. You know you could get ten cups of coffee at least with that kinda money, but still, you exchange it for one meagre amount of drink and cup. And we all think we look more classy.

We grow even older, and who knows, Giorgor is on the way. We lose money, and thoughts, yes. Even though when we pen them down, they seem totally illogical, we still do it.

I wasnt in the right frame of mind as I did this post. Just stoning and movement of my tired fingers. So mind me not, if you find me blabbering rubbish over here.
